This reserves your half of lamb, if you'd like a whole please select 2 in your quantity. The initial deposit will go towards final cost. Lamb is $5.50 per pound on hanging weight. Cuts and processing fee will be handled with the processor but I will gladly help you a long the process. Please make sure to send your name, a contact number and your address. Dates are not set yet but it will be for the fall of the year.
