Reserve your pork
This is not a shippable item.
It must be picked up from the processor.
Reserve a half or whole of pork. This will reserve your pork, as of right now we do not have set processing days, but they will be going in late fall. We will have Red Wattle pork available and if it is what you would prefer, please contact us and let us know. Similarly, to the beef, once pigs are dropped off at the processor you will be contacted to decide your cuts and complete payment. the $75 deposit will go towards your final price. Pork is $3.25 per pound on hanging weight. Processing fee is paid to the processor and is variable depending on what cuts you get. Each Quantity reserves one half, if you'd like to reserve a whole pig, please make sure to move your quantity to 2.
