Reserve Your Beef
This is not a shippable item. Will need to be picked up at the processor.
Reserve your 1/4 of grassfed black angus beef. Our cattle spend their lives meandering the pastures grazing native grasses and enjoy their best bovine lives. Grass fed beef should be expected to be more lean than grain fed/finished, excellent protein for those that follow specialized diets trying to reduce the consumption of grain products and meats that are raised in the way nature intended.
Final price for beef is $4.00 per pound on hanging weight this does not include processor fees. You will pay for that upon pick up at the processor to the processor. Quarters tend to range from 130-175 pounds. Cuts are dependent on what you order on your cut slip. Never filled a cut slip out? I will gladly help you fill it out.
If you'd like a half just move your quantity to two quarters. Deposit is to hold your quarter for you and is not refundable if you decide to back out. Deposit goes towards final cost. Date is scheduled butcher date and beef is generally ready to pick up in a week after that date.
