Our animals are raised in the most stress free environment we can create for them. Grass Fed Cattle are born on the same pastures they are raised in and live in a herd setting from birth to butcher day. Lambs are born on site as well. Pigs are purchased from other small local farmers that breed and raise them. Hormones are never used. Animals are processed in state licensed facility. On farm pick up only and all major credit/debit cards are accepted, processing fee charged on cards.

Reserve your 1/4 of grassfed black angus beef. Our cattle spend their lives meandering the pastures grazing native grasses and enjoy their best bovine lives. Grass fed beef should be expected to be more lean than grain fed/finished, excellent protein for those that follow specialized diets trying to reduce the consumption of grain products and meats that are raised in the way nature intended.
Final price for beef is $4.00 per pound on hanging weight this does not include processor fees. You will pay for that upon pick up at the processor to the processor. Quarters tend to range from 130-175 pounds. Cuts are dependent on what you order on your cut slip. Never filled a cut slip out? I will gladly help you fill it out.
If you'd like a half just move your quantity to two quarters. Deposit is to hold your quarter for you and is not refundable if you decide to back out. Deposit goes towards final cost. Date is scheduled butcher date and beef is generally ready to pick up in a week after that date. Reserve a half or whole of pork. This will reserve your pork, as of right now we do not have set processing days, but they will be going in late fall. We will have Red Wattle pork available and if it is what you would prefer, please contact us and let us know. Similarly, to the beef, once pigs are dropped off at the processor you will be contacted to decide your cuts and complete payment. the $75 deposit will go towards your final price. Pork is $3.25 per pound on hanging weight. Processing fee is paid to the processor and is variable depending on what cuts you get. Each Quantity reserves one half, if you'd like to reserve a whole pig, please make sure to move your quantity to 2.
